How long does the repair take?

The repair takes only from 15 to 60 minutes. However, it can take more time depending on problem complexity, device model and repair methods.

Is it possible to be present during repair process?

Does the company offer warranty for executed repair?

The company offers warranty for any repair works except for the cases when:

  • a device had already had a manufacturing defect before the repair,
  • a device chassis had already been damaged before the repair,
  • there are damages caused by liquid,
  • a device had been jailbroken,
  • there are internal damages of device’s motherboard.

After diagnosing your device and identifying a problem a specialist will present detailed information to you.

In what cases can a claim be laid with regard to warranty service results?

If after executed repair the problem still remains on your device and you believe it resulted from the repair works executed by the specialist then it is necessary to show your device to that specialist again so that it could be diagnosed once more and a problem identified.

If during execution of the repair a replaced part was defective or broken then that part will be repaired or replaced free of charge. However if a problem resulted from your improper or negligent device usage, then the company cannot guarantee chargeless repair of your device.

If for any reason you cannot get in touch with the specialist then, please, contact company’s head office.

Which are the cases when a warranty is not offered?

  • Even if it became possible to repair your device which had a damage caused by liquid, the company cannot offer a warranty and set a time limit of fail-free functioning of your device, 
  • If after the repair of your device it was damaged by you once again, it cannot be a result of replaced part's defect or specialist's improper executed repair works,
  • if after the repair of your device by the company there was a problem with it as a result of its repair by other person or company, 
  • in cases of an accidental or intentional drop of your device after its repair by company’s specialist, 
  • in cases of software issues that are not related to the repair, 
  • in cases of jailbroken devices, 
  • in cases of other types of damages occurred to device after its repair,
  • in cases of any data loss as a result of the repair. It is recommended to backup and copy all the information stored in the device before the repair. The company bears no responsibility for any data loss which can happen as a result of executed repair works.
